Last night I had it for the first time. Gosh it was extremely mirchi!!

Anyhow, can someone tell me how it's made?

umm I think I'll need more instructions than that! Like what type of meat is used, what kinds of masala etc...

teheee!!


I remember whenever we had bihari kebabs made, dada aba used to marinate the meat in a very big tray and i used to sneak into the fridge and eat raw botian marinated in the masala.

they tasted yummy even though it was raw.

I had them once in Jackson Height's Kebab King and they were deeeeeelicious! Not sure you can do justice to that in your oven.

Yeah! Me too! I go all the way to JH just for the Bihari kebabs at Kebab King. DELICIOUS! I wish I had the recipe for it, but I don't know it either. Will see if I can get a hold of an aunty and get it from one.

I haven't tried this but try the Shaan Bihari kebab masala and see how it turns out.
I tried the bihari kebab masala and made bihari chicken and it was
