Our family has a tradition of sunday brunch- the only time all of us actually get together and eat together
But lately we are getting bored of the menu and i was wondering if you all had any suggestions.
We do the omelette, keema or kabab, aaloo ki bhujia, fresh juice and paratha- some times the aaloo gets switched with channay and paratha with poori or bhatura.
Zara phir say kehna-

A fritata or quiche goes really well for our desi brunches. You can also make spinach and ricotta rolls in phyllo dough. Absolutely

 you missed black pudding!
I visited your quaint little town last year and was horrified by the excesses you commit at breakfast

Sooraj-mukhi, have you ever tried working with puff pastry sheets? You can change up the menu a little or a lot by using these, they're simple, easy, and delicious! You can make puffy pastries filled with keema, vegetables, or even go the sweet way, filling them with sondesh, egg halwa, or even a store bought one. You can prepare them ahead of time and just keep them in the freezer for later. I tend to serve them with tea when I have guests coming over. Let me know if you want the recipes, and I'll be sure to post 'em.

yeh soorai its very easy dish
half kg minced mutton or beef
salt as u like,1 tsp red chillies powder,1 tsp graram masalah powder, ginger and garlic paste 1tbsp,onions 2 (one brown and other chopped),yougert 1cup,poppy seeds roasted and grined 1tsp ,gramflour 2tbs roasted, alomonds or penuts roasted and grined, papaya paste 3tbs optional, white zeera powder1tsp,dhania powder1tbs,
for garnish
green chillies.onions and lemon rings.few corinader and mint leaves
mix onions, ginger and garlic paste in the mince then roasted and grined all ingrediants and add them in the mince and leave it for few hours or whole night .
heat little oil in the pan and fry onion tioll it comes brown and crush it and add in the mix and then add the mince in the oil and cook for half an hour first fry it well the leave it till tender.serve with green masalah.
before serving heat a pice of coal on fire when it turns red put it in the pan on a pice of bread or onoion and put few drips of oil on it it gives smoke ,cover the pan toghtly for 10 min.
u can freez the mince after marinating it and whenever u want to eat defrost it and cook.
