The only thing I know how to make is the tabbouli salad or what the turkish called, "kasarr" (sp?).
Soak some couscous in hot water until it soaks the water and is soft. Flake with a fork.
Now add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions and any other veggies you may like.
Add salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and some tomato PASTE (the canned variety).
Toss everything together and enjoy chilled. A very healthy and tasty salad.
