You can use them in yakhni paloo, making pasta sauce, in your vegi stir fry or just in your vegi salan, you can also add them in your daal (the moong masoor ke daal). There are lot of things you can make with it...
smile, chinese have their own knor cubes, these ones (available at muslim stores) come from pak, india, bangladesh, or some middle eastern country.

umm hmm I 'll boil rice today and put it in! that looks like the easiest one out there. I might make daal too with these cubes.. that would taste weird, I think but I have to try.
Thanks everyone.
Smilestar: these are the ones found at Pakistani store and I think they are used just to add taste in. My mom left me with boxes of these so I have to get rid of them, anyway. :-D

Whenever I make soup or some chinese recipe I use chicken cube instead of boiling the bones and getting yakhni.
you can use the cubes in several ways,
you can also stir fry the vegetables and add the cube (without water) breaking it with spoon. Add chinese salt, pepper, red chilli etc.

well here is an article copied from FDA's website and as the old adage goes, excess of everything is bad thus it holds true for MSG as well, so having it in moderation is OK, I guess.

I am not throwing away my knoor cubes. They add a really good flavor to daal.
