the easiest achar that too without any oil is 'aabi achaar'
You will need green chillies, lemon n salt
wash green chillies n lemons
slit chillies in middle n for lemons give two cuts like ' +' but don't make pieces ....its just that lemon should have a cross cut till bottom
now take a clean sterilized n dry jar ....stuff chillies n lemons with enough salt n throw in jar ...tightly close the jar when you r done
keep it in sun for 3-4 days....shake the jar when you get time so all the chillies n lemons get ripen in sun
You'll know its ready when chillies are like pale yellow n lemons are like skin/brown in colour .....
I love this one specially if chillies used are HOT!
Afia ,we also makes this acchar but we add vinegarin it and if u like garlic ,then u can add garlic in it too,and it will be good for high blood pressure,s patients too
