so i went to this uncle's place yesterday and had desi chicken.

either it was me or it was the chicken which was pretty hard. It was so hard to bite it. I don't remember the taste of desi chicken since i been here-

ami ji was saying it wasn't cooked right and it takes a long time to get cooked. It had to be steamed and then baked. or the other way around..

any receipes people.... i was thinking to get them for home...

try a little different flavor

oh yeah taste was really good.. just hard...

is it the name of a recipe "desi chicken" or the the chicken was desi as we have in pak,desi and walayti chicken as i think desi chicken usually hard to cook , it takes more time to cook as walayti chicken takes,but old people says that it is more healthy than walayti but its hard to digest too as now adays our stamch cant tolrate desi things.

no matter how much steam or baking u do with desi murghiya.. they remain hard... its just the way they are... and they taste horrible( to me atleast ).. we just use them to make yakhni to drink... for normal cooking we prefer regular chicken....
