Mix imitation crab (or real one) with light mayo and green onions (and well chopped tomatoes if you like). Add black pepper or other seasonings to your taste. Let the mixture sit in fridge for some time. Now fill the mixture in the croissants. Serve them in a platter covered with lattice.
boil some chicken breast in ginger-garlic-green chillies paste...
shred it...
add a couple of spoons of mayo and 1 spoon of tomato-chilli sauce to the shreded chicken...
spread it on white/brown bread slice and your sandwich is ready
