i heard from people that they make paratha,s roti and freez them and when they need they fry it,i tried once and put butter papper between each paratha but they stick,can anyone tell me agood way to freeze parathas,i need good tips for that.

i make life simple ... buy frozen parathas use them when you need too *grin

make parata, let cool, pack 5-10 into ziplock freezer bag, Freeze paratas, cook in a toaster oven, taste, look smell fresh. no need for extra butter.

I never froze home-made paratha, but I think this should work
Make a paratha roti, put it on tawa, let it cook from both sides dont apply oil..
then place a sheet of butter paper betweem them. Freeze..
and whenever you need paratha, then apply oil on outside
I think this should work

Make parathas, freez 'em in a foil or ziplock bag etc......whenever you need it take it out and microwave it.....will be as fresh as ever.. enjoy.........

my mom freezes home made parathas all the time, if you cool them properly...you don't need to put the paper roll. Also she uses butter/oil when frying...
