thanks Aish , yes I have also heard about surah maryam.
Surah teen (daily 11 times through out pregnancy), surah Mulk(for 40 days ,can be read any time) and surah kuhf(for 40 days after fajr) and Surah Bakrah (for first 3 months) are good to read .In these couple of days i have gathered this relevant information from family and friends.
May Allah bless us with pious and healthy children (Amin)
keep me in your prayers and thanks again!!

The duas for getting male children are nonsense, and there is nothing in the Quran or in Islam at all to support them.

did u know the reason of yr past micarriages ?? if yes than ask advice from yr doctor rearding the precautions and care u need this time , to have a healthy baby yr main focus should be on ................... healthy routine with light exercise ( if u're allowed) , healthy wholesome diet ( try drinking lot of water and milk , also fibre alongwith meats ) , good sleep and activities to relax yr mind & body and ofcourse recite dua's as well ............................. avoid "too much" of everything like fatty food , salt , sugar , exercise , stress and ignorance towards yrself.

I was also gonna say go by your doc's advice
if they know why you have miscarried in the past.
Other than that do follow with the duas mentioned above
to have a healthy child.
May ALLAH bless you and the baby. Ameen.

I would say give it a year or so before you try for anothe child - as your body needs time to recover - also take some vitamin supplements - i know Pregnacare is an excellent one to take which you take when trying to conceive, during pregnancy and also after.
Good luck!

I share your pain ive been there. But dont worry, inshalah things will work out for you. Talk to your gynae about precautions and extra care and remember, that what is not meant to be will not so dont grieve too much- things will change for the better. Try to stay happy it will help your body recharge its self and yes like Mysterious woman said, wait for a year to help the body and your mind recover before you try again.

salaam,z like everyone else said, eat healthy, including drinking lots of water/milk. Also lots of fruits/veggies. Eat a balanced diet of carbs/protein..take vitamin supplements..folic acid is essential in the beginning, talk to your doctor about calcium supplements if needed, iron...etc. Also if you do nothing else, make sure to keep a habit of walking..and check with doctor if you can do moderate exercise.

Yes
