No problem Taffy

Here's the other recipe

Hyderabadi Masala chicken biryani
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1.5 kg (12 pieces)
Basmati rice - 1 cup
chilli powder - 1 tsp
ginger/garlic paste - 1 tbsp
lemon - 4
mint leaves - 1 bunch
green chilli - 4 (finely chopped)
whole black pepper - 6
cardamom (green) - 8
onion (medium size) - 2 (thinly sliced)
ghee/oil - 2 cups
yellow food color - 1/2 tsp (soak in 1/2 cup milk)
salt - to taste

Wash the chicken and marinate with yogurt and all the masalas (Although yogurt is not mentioned in the ingredients, My guess is use 1/2 cup) after some time, place it on low heat. When the water evaporates, remove from heat .

BHIGAR: In another pan, fry onions in oil. When they start getting brown, put a few mint leaves, 3-4 cardamoms and some lemon juice and remove from heat

Boil rice in another large pan, put 2 green chillies, mint leaves, black zeera(cumin), cardamom, salt and 1tbsp vinegar in the boiling water.
When the rice are half done, drain.

In the same pan, put first layer of half of boiled rice. second layer, chicken, 3rd layer 1/2 bhigar, then rest of the rice. Finally, pour the remaining bhigar, yellow food color, juice of 1 lemon. cover it tightly with a lid and let it cook over low heat.

_______
a few things arent mentioned in the ingredients, but this recipe looks delicious. Thanks for sharing with us.
