Typical menu:
Breakfast:
Eggs cooked w/butter
Bacon or Sausage
1 Cup Black Coffee
Lunch:
Hamburger Patti (no bun) 1 Cup Unsweetened Tea
Dinner:
Steak, Salad w/regular dressing, 1 Cup Unsweetened Tea
The menus seem to consist mostly of meat, cheese, salad, oil and fats. So why would you want to go on such an unhealthy diet? Just eat moderate amounts of good foods including fruits, veggies and whole grains. High protein is nonsense.

hmm..tht means no bdy here knows nything ,..no help from here..?
pls frnds...ask ur frnds...man.. i really wana start loosing..im not FAT but im gaining..if i dotn control..ill lose it..man i cant stop eating
i cant i just cant get my hands off food..i study and eat thts my routine..and from pat 2 day all i been hcing is maggi nodles 2 timesa day..like i make 2 packets togetehr with loads and load of vegges..and eat it.. thhrough out the day.. thts my breakfast..my lunch..my snack and my dinner.. from the same pot i made in morning.... pls... help kardo..koi bhi..
im sick of it in 2 days...

I think you said it yourself, you study and you eat. You need to get out and exercise, get your metabolism going. You need to eat fresh, real foods, not packaged stuff. If you can't get your hands off food, then that is part of the problem also. Diets don't work but lifestyle changes work. You have to make proper food choices. Google information on healthy eating and that's all you need to know.

I love meat too much, n i love carbs too much  Waisey I think it wud be a gud "temporary" diet, quit all carbs for a few days and slowly introduce them bak into the diet.. i knw for diabetics its better to eat less carbs..
