Alright, so out of those three which is the best, errr "healthiest"? I know olive oil is the healthiest oil, but the taste needs getting used to, not to mention it's very expensive.. Im having a hard time eating properly at home, I hate the smell of ghee/butter from here , esp when ammi "chopars" the roti :yukh: . Back home my mom cooks with pomace, which is a lower quality of olive oil, but still olive oil nonetheless. She can't cook separate meals for me, because she has to serve food to others, and every1 here is used to slathering their food with dalda ghee. My dad says desi ghee is safe, because its natural, its frm animal , whereas dalda ghee is the worst, coz its all chmeicals n stuf..

i heard coconut oil is the healthiest for cooking.
olive oil is the healthiest for marinating and dressing salads.
basically olive oil isnt meant to be heated (for cooking purposes)
