I make fish cutlets by mixing salmon (don't like the smell of canned tuna), aloo, hara dhaniya & hari mirach, salt, red pepper, zera. Then I dip them in egg wash and coat with italian bread crumbs and fry.
How do you all prepare fish cutlets? How can I make these tasty? What other spice can I add? I have to make these for a coming dinner. Please give suggestions.

i dint made this but i think if u add a little black pappers ,soya sauce and some chatt masalah ,it will be more tasty .this time add these things too.

I know some Bangladeshi people who make them from tuna fish. They are not spicy but tasty. Your recipe sounds right minus the breadcrumbs.

Here is what I did:
used my recipe & added some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion, some chat masala & used plain bread crumbs. They came out good.

aaish: chat masala was a good additions . Thanks

Rukhsarbibi: I have tried these without the bread crumbs but did not like the soft texture so I make mine with bread crumbs
