
I make fish cutlets by mixing salmon (don't like the smell of canned tuna), aloo, hara dhaniya & hari mirach, salt, red pepper, zera. Then I dip them in egg wash and coat with italian bread crumbs and fry.
How do you all prepare fish cutlets? How can I make these tasty? What other spice can I add? I have to make these for a coming dinner. Please give suggestions.
