For an average chicken salan (medium size) I was just wondering how much yoghurt i should use. I also add tomatoes , about half a tin. I made chicken today but i think i may have added too much yoghurt. If you are adding both to salan please could anybody tell me how much of tomatoes and yoghurt you would use.

I use half a tin of the big can of tomatoes.
Yoghurt is mostly about 1 cup or less, prefering your taste.

Thanks for replies. Aaish, would you add the yoghurt at the same time as the tomatoes? , ie. before you add the chicken?
