1/2 cup butter or margarine (Butter is BEST!!)
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 lbs Peeled Raw medium to large shrimp
Cayenne/ Cajun pepper (As much as you can stand)
Black pepper (As much as you can stand)
Garlic powder (As much as you can stand)
Salt to your taste
marinate the shrimp in BBQ and butter with lemon juice..
Mix peppers with garlic to adjust your taste into powdery state
Skewer the shrimps on wooden sticks (wet em first)
sprinkle the peper ingredients on top, brush with more butter and grill them on high heat for 3 minutes and turn until desired level of crisps.
Enjoy!
