for 1 pound of ground beef....

i fry 1/2 onion then i add the ground beef to it.
Add salt (to taste)
garlic
and a lot of black pepper....the black pepper give the spaghetti a nice taste. If it's not chatpata enough then add more black pepper.
cook it like you would regular keema and "boonify"
add spaghetti sauce to the keema and simmer.

i like to add halal turkey sausage (lightly fried) to the ground beef and sauce at the end. Also...Pepperidge Farm Texas style (found in the USA) garlic toast is really good with it.

I make it like this:

Add qeema to boiling water
And add salt, chilli to it
When the water has dried up
Add a little oil, and tomato puree ( if you want it overly saucy go for tomato paste)
Stir, bhoon
Add in masalas like methi, garama masla, anyting really
And when its nearly done...
I chop onions and peppers and leave it on a low heat

This way the qeema is cooked thoroughly, and onions and peppers are soft and chunky and visible

Add in spaghetti

And

Easy peasy

I buckled, but i didn't break
