Ok, I do realize there are alot of 'expert' bajiz out there, but I never cooked anything up until an year ago, but am a pretty darn good cook now! Im pretty sure my desi food wont be that good, but I can sure make one hell of 'choley chicken' with masala that would make you visit your bathroom more often!
As for steaks, heres my take... chicago stekhouse marinade, cover up the raw steak (t-bones good), add some lime and non-stick cooking spray and cover it (as tight as possible) and leave it overnight in the fridge. Grill it for 5 minutes each side (second layer of the grill, a little far away from the flame), occasionally spraying it with the oil, making sure it doesnt get burnt... Voila!
