Stir fry with tomatoes, onions, and various spices. It doesn't need much to be delicious. I used to serve it a lot with my baked tilapia.

I usually put it in biryani like ppl put matar
right in the end add it and then spread rice over it for dam
it comes out tasting yum!!
Or try stuffed zucchinis
chop each into two, scrap out the insides with a spoon then stuff it with qeema and boiled rice and anything else you like
drizzle it with olive oil and bake it for a while

I would go with aaish. I would cook zucchini with Aaalo, Bangen and sweet green pepper. It turns very tasty.

yes zucchini with allo turns good ,heat oil put sliced onions in oil and zeera,fry until it turns light brown not brown but about to,then add zucchini with allo in it fry for few more min,add salt,red chillie powder and apinch of heldi,cook for 2,3 min add tomatoes,cook until tomatoes tunder and its water dried.sprink green chillies and corriander leaves.

I just marinade mine in black pepper, salt, and olive oil and grill it. Turns out heavenly

Zucchini bread its so good you'll crave it, zucchini chicken and tortellini soup, or as a topping for pizza. I love zucchinni grilled with a side of kabob skewers.

my mil ,when she was here used to make a salan of it...that is with mutton and all the spices that go in a typical salan....well it tasted ok...but then it actually lost its own flavor and appearence.....
It's better to light a candle ,than to curse the darkness.
