Amused

Hi,

In coming weekend we invited some of our frineds for dinner. I want to make some different menu instead of biryani, kerahi etc. I am trying to make chicken vege rice with chicken jalfrezi, chicken roast and chicken vege pie. What other beef and mutton dishes are added serve with roti(no qorma or kerahi). In dessert I think carrot kheer is ok or may be I will try Gulab Jamun.

Need advice with thanks.

WE NEED BLESSINGS OF ALLAH.

Do you have a theme for your dinner? i would suggest start with the theme, Chinese, Italian, Thai and then go from there

Make spinach dip! And serve it in a bread bowl with the center hollowed out and cut into cubes and served withthe dip. Also serve baby carrots, broccoli, snow peas...celery sticks...all very yummy!

You can also make chicken corn soup/hot n sour soup with egg rolls. Then serve Chinese fried rice..maybe make chicken satay on sticks....and take it from there

For lamb, what about lamb chops or raan? Those are always a hit. And you may want to add a vegetable dish to your menu.
