I am looking to switch to "salad" for lunches. How do we prepare chicken salad thats not too high in calories (not too much mayo etc)? Specially how to we prepare chicken? Any fish salad ideas?

lol,.what a relevant thread,.i just switched 2 salad 2day and my sis. decided 2 make a pasta salad,........mmmmmmmmm,.................it was nyc,............pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers,....lettuce,.........sweetcorn,......tun a and loads of black peper,.....it was nyc,..............
