One that we can make without the help of ready-made steak marinades. I bought 2 yummy looking beef steaks over the weekend and I am planning to cook those tonight. I have electric grill and rotisserie that I can use. So plz someone tell me the easy tarkeeb of yummy steak.
Main steak khatey howey duaeen doon ga!
jisey hum sai milna, gawara nahee hai, hum sai mila na karey.....

I make steaks by marinading them in some garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, sometimes instead of salt i will use Fish Sauce (which helps tenderize the steak)
Before I had my bbq, I would heat a heavy bottom pan on the stove until smoking, add some oil, and put down the steak, wait 50 secodns and then flip, do the same on he oher side, then cook in an oven at 300 until the doneness u want..
Before I put the steak in the oil, i would use 1 tsp of sugar and steak seasoning on each side...

Yummy.......it went out really yummy last night....steak was juicy and yum yum...only thing i added in addition to what you told me was mint flakes
