Was thinking of adding some vinegar...thoughts?

I add a couple of tablespoons sometimes. It gives it a nice flavor. I also add a bit of kalonji to the salan then.

I have learned from my mom to marinate the chicken in a bit of vinegar+salt+pepper before cooking. Ammi says that a bit of vinegar or lemon juice will help the chicken not to disintegrate when cooking.

yum yumm!! will definitly try the viniger salt/pepper before you cook too.how long do you marinate? 10 min or 1 hour?

i add some vinegar and lemon juice both to the marinade for roasting chicken....turns out yumm....
