Any fans?
It's my most fave type of food in the world, but i can't seem to cook it to save my life
There's this old jamaican lady that always used to bring me food in at my old job and as part of my leaving present she gave me a few of her recipes. Have tried making home made chicken patties, ackee and salttfish, prawn curry and saltfish fritters, yet none of these have turned out right
Why is Jamaican food so impossible to cook? I think I'm going to give up
So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.

patties *yum*
thing is - i don't make 'em myself. usually the desi stores/halal shops carry them. should be in the freezer aisle.
You can't choose the ways in which you'll be tested
