I thought Oyster sauce was to be used in small quantities since it has a fishy smell? Btw thats how i make my noodles too except that i add vinegar as well. They turn out yummy!!!!

yeah...tried them...so much easier eh? but i had bought a bunch of pasta noodles on sale before and want to finsih them up before i buy the egg noodles again....hehehe...hubby doenst like regular spagetti and tomato sacue (neither do i)...so i just use them for noodles instead...and its such an easy meal to cool...its like a two in one meal....also, in the chicken and veggie mix...take half out and add in boiled rice and the other half put in the noodles...so now u have two meals....god bless hakka chinese food!
