1 whole chicken about 2-3 lbs
some celery , carrots,
1 large onion
1 teasp garlic
1/2 teasp peppercorn
put whole chicken in large pot and fill 3/4 with water. add rest of ingredients.put on stove on high heat. let it cook on high for 10 mins. remove chicken from stove, debone the meat. put bones back in soup. cook it for another two hours on medium. adding cup full of water when you see the level go down. after about 2 hours. strain the broth and let cool. then you can put them in smaller containers and freeze , use when desired. as for chicken , you can use it in salads , sandwiches or soups.
