Does anyone know how many calories there are in roti. Wholemeal or white?

I think it depends on how big is your roti, if u using margrin etc in it and on. I would say estimate how much wheat is being used and search online how much calories would that be.
Since beer is made of mainly wheat as well, I would assume 1 can of beer = 3 roties
LOL ya don't ask, i don't knwo why i compared

Numbers are in Calories
Wheat Paratha, 304
Wheat Puri, 68
Bajra/Jowar Chapati, 108/106
Wheat Chapati, 40

It has the nutrition/calorie calculator to calculate the calories based on the type and amount of flour used to make the roti/chapati.
