ok here is the recipe
chops
garlic ,ginger paste
namak
laal mirch
garam masala
peesa zeera
yogurt
What u need to do is put chops and all the ingrdients in pressure cooker for about 10 or 12 minutes.till the chops ecome soft. Then take them out and pan fry them with 1/2 inch oil in pan not more tham that.this way they will stay soft and it worked for me .Try them if u like the recipe.

We making lamb chops, keema samoseh, chicken kebabs and veg springrolls with a pasta salad dish for starters - and then for main course its got to be lamb biryani (lahori style of course), palak gosht saalan, zeera chicken, wid naan. And to finish of for afties, we have semvhiyaan and kheer, as well as trifle, bcos of ppl's preferences. Looks like its gonna b a feast n a half - cant wait....yummy!
