Tell me the procedure to cook kheer/Firni whatever from these three ingridients:

>> Rice

>> Milk

>> Sugar

Procrastinating


rice: powdered for firni and not powdered for kheer
cook the powdered rice in milk for30-40 mins..add sugar and half packet cream and few drops of kewra..keep cooking and stirring on low heat until thick..and you are done !

powr for firni anf for kheer i soak rice for couple of hrs..and then grind them..boil the milk,with pinch of cardamom,,icook milk for atleat 304 hr on dhemee anch,(low heat) and add sugar & rice .cook for half and hr more,,keep stirring.until thick. and ofcourse some bareek katay huwey badaam and pista,,serve it when it s cold..
