need some soup recipes,,strictly liquidy..
actually some moron hit my son onhis jaw and doc said there is a green stick fracture..he is on liquid diet for a month..,,i gave him chicken soup..,blend chicken with dry vegs..aur kia doon plz help...he needs meat cauz he do workout..

this is one i used when my hubby was sick, i just didnt add the noodles or chicken,

take one can cocunut milk
add three cups water

bring to a boil

add 1/2 cube of chicken stock
lots of duniya
and 1/4 cup lemon juice - depends on ur taste.

i also will add a stick of lemon grass while it is simmering but its an acquired taste.

normally to this soup i add shredded chicken, long noodles, and mushrooms.

You can add that to the chicken stock for a different..flavour!

make cream of mashroom or broccoli soup with chicken broth. just blend the chicken or mushroom or brocoli so he doesn't have to chew. You can also make chicken vegetable soup and just blend the vegis and chicken into a smooth paste. Then you can also make lentil and chicken soup, again blend it into a smooth paste for him.
