nutella, bananas, creme fresh, strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, ice cream...yum..limitless. i'm assuming you meant sweet crepes not savory?

cut mushrooms and add sum shredded cheddar cheese or cream cheese, it tastes amazing

also u can make a crepe filling of praline ice cream, chopped hazelnuts, honey, and u can add bannanas if u want 2  hmmmm im feeling hungry now

do spinach and ****ake mushrooms with Jack cheese....sumthing like that at IHOP is awesome!!!!! How about cheesecake?
Or halal bacon and asparagus in it?

if you're looking for a desert type crepe, try ice cream and chocolate. try that nutella stuff for the chocolate.

chopped walnuts in sugar syrup with shredded dried dates. it is very tasty with enriched shipped cream. more like cold baklava.
try it. 
cherries are tasty though.

just saw this recipe with nutella..it uses ameretto a sweet liquer but it seems to burn off and is only for flavoring.
I take a bought loaf pound cake slice it like bread slices
-brush it with ameretto on the out side slices
in the middle spread nutella and then sliced strawberries or bananas then another piece of cake
then I grilled it in a panini press or in a frying pan till the fruit warms up the ameretto can burn so you need t watch it
