ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
21/2 tbps semi-crushed zeera
1/4 cup water
1 tsp (leveled) salt
1 tsp baking powder
oil for frying
dip - which ever you like ketchup or coriander.
tools: rolling pin.
instructions:
mix salt, baking powder and zeera in flour. add oil gradually to form the dough. use water to make the dough more smooth.
replace in a glass dish. saran wrap and refrigerate for half an hr.
take out from fridge and lay butcher paper or use a rolling base to roll out the dough into small 6-8 inch circles.

cut into diamond cubes.
heat up the oil for frying. fry until golden brown.
remove on paper towel.
have with tea.
note: they care good to store and take as a crunchy salty snack that still does not contain loads of sodium and artificial flavors or additives. & around Ramadan, it is fun to make among friends and cousins when they come over for aftaar get together s.
