So anyone know anything about these? What's the better quality kind? Which ones are better to purchase? Wood? Metal? We need to replace ours and I am confused!

wood looks nice, is more expensive and takes more effort to maintain especially if there are weather extremes.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist. And like that... he is gone.

I also have to wait for the stupid homeowners to decide if we're allowed to move into the 21st century.

Make sure you get one with a keypad outside that allows you to punch in your code to open the door. Its a godsend for times when you dont have the garage door opener and your house keys on you. Especially helpful when you're locked outside.
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

No that one doesnt have a key but its one of those doors that has a tiny lock that can be locked from inside (kinda like how you have in bathrooms). That knob is usually in the unlocked position but theres been times when someone turned it to lock position, i happen to run out to get something from the garage and the door locks behind me
