JE RECIPE BHEE DONGEE ,waisey shukria pasand kernay ka,,jee haan mayray pass sahee pochayin tou chicken hee zida banta hai ,,bhala kion,woh is lye kai goat hubby ko aur bayte ko pasand nahee smell atee hai kehtay hain,,aur beaf sehat kai lyee acha nahee..waisey abb yeh bhee nahe ekai bilkul red meat nahee use kertay ,,,woh bhee khatay hain per zara kaamkaam..

Goat/sheep meat only smells if it is an adult male (something to do with the hormones), if it's a female sheep/goat or even a young male lamb/kid then the meat doesn't smell, trust me I know, I come from a family of farmers.
All meat smells somewhat, I always marinade red meat in lassan paste to get rid of the smell.

meat smell because of the content of fat in the animal which is more in the animals of cold regions.
So if you buy lamb in toronto, and the meat came from Qubec, you will find smell in the goat/sheep
If you buy it in Houston, you will not found that problem as the layer of fat in that animal is very thin

jee here is the recipe,,
igridents
1cup boneless chicken cubes
2tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp blackpepper
1/2tsp salt
1 tsp barb q shan masala
1tsp lemon juice
2 tbs youghurt
red,green and yellow bellpepper as required(cut all veg in cubes)
i big onion
tomatoes as required
pineapple(if u like um)
preperation method...
mix the ingridents(leave vegs) with chicken,let it sit for atleast 2 hrs..gently insert piece of chicken and veg one after another in shashlik sticks..u can grill it or bake it in oven ,,preheat oven on 400 dg and bake it for half n hour..thats it ...enjoy
