Its the worst thing you could possibly do. You're female, therefore, drinking low-fat or skim milk is the best thing for you. You might likely develop an intolerance to dairy later in your life, so to prevent/delay osteopersosis, drinking milk and having other low-fat dairy is GREAT.
Dairy becomes bad when its the heavy wholesome stuff. And even then, it depends on your age. If you're like 12, then whole milk is fine, since you're burning it off with all the masti and running around.
Some claims are coming out that low-fat dairy helps you lose weight.
