Marinate the wings using some oil, vinegar and
all the masalas you want. This is how I made em last
time and they turned out pretty good.
To make em spicier you can either use extra red chilli
powder or crush a few green peppers in the blender using
some vinegar or lemon juice.

i dont know the exact recipe but my brother use to make some really spicy n crunchy ones yum yum

Sorry I forgot to tell you what to do after marinating em.
So you marinate them over night or for a few hours.
Preheat oven and let them bake for 45 mins. After
that turn em over and keep an eye on them. They should
look moist so don't over cook em.

You can also make Buffalo wings. Prick & marinate the wings in lemon juice/salt/black pepper & red if you like it extra hot. Then dip the wings in egg and then dip in flour and deep fry until golden.
On the side, in a small pan over low heat melt about 1/4 cup butter and add about 1/2 cup hot sauce. Once it comes to a simmer turn off heat. Toss the hot fried wings in the hot sauce. Yummy!
