The recipe i use is as follows (off d top of my head):
Ingredients:
Keema (with added minced green chillies and onion)
Red Chilli Powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pinch of Garam Masala
Fresh Coriander (chopped finely)
Pinc of Black Pepper
Eggs (boiled)
1 egg (beaten)
Breadcrumbs
Oil
Method:
Boil eggs and peel - put aside to cool - make keema mixture by mixing salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala and dhaniya - then make scotch eggs simply by holding one boiled egg in your hand and wrapping some keema round the egg until you cannot see the egg - then dip in beaten egg and then dip in breadcrumbs - repeat this process and fry in oil - serve!
