sunset eyes yes indeed!!! that turns out good--someone had given me that recipe but just regular kulfi not pista and what i did was mix pista and badaam in it and before pouring it on whatever dish layer the dish with almond, coconut powder and pista mixture and then pour when you serve it and take it out it would be topped with that mixture.

^^^

evaporated milk is sth from which almost half the water content is removed and its not sweetened.it comes in cans and its consistency is almost just like milk.

on the other hand condensed milk is also sth from which water content is removed, but its very sweet(because of the added sugar).it also comes in cans ,but its consistency is very thick and sticky.

i have tried the same recipe for kulfi.and its so easy and so yum...!!!...

i think u can get the milk from the regular grocery stores.here,in the US we find it in the aisle which has coffee/creamers/tea etc.check it out....!

mix it all in the blender till all gets mixed up and smooth.

Just mix it even with a whisk and freeze it! Its so nice but can get addictive! High cream content!

When i made it, i jst put it in a deep steel dish and froze it which i shouldnt have done as its difficult to scoop it out! I didnt need to stir it but you can after couple of hours to evenly distribute the nuts etc...

Is double cream heavy cream or half and half or something else entirely?
