Grilled Food Recipes

OK so I am tired of frying foods, so I need good recipes for grilling..Fish..Chicken, veggies etc.

I made Grilled Chicken last night and it came out pretty good. Recipe was from a friend and just added into it:
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 spoon olive oil (EVOO)
salt
pepper
red pepper to taste (I used flakes)
finely chopped fresh coriander & mint, a small handful.
I also added Mrs. Dash Chipotle Pepper spice mix

I marinated for about 1/2 hour.

I took a tissue, greased it and simply rubbed the grill with it.

The chicken came out freaken awesome, so simple yet so good. Please share your recipes.

And the best part was a lot of the oil/fat just rolls away on a grill

Jeez no one has any recipe for grilled chicken or fish???

i grilled catfish or tilapia using the same chipotle marinade and spices. tastes awesome and best part is that it only needs to marinate 15 mins max.

one of my friends makes this grilled salmon and she uses just salt and red chilli powder and lemon juice to marinate it.it really tastes good.I think it can be used for some other fish too.
