Ad, the following is how i make my pasta salad and it turns out - you could add it to that!

Apple, cucumber, sweetcorn - chopped into small pretty pieces minus the sweetcorn.
Can of tuna
Salt and black pepper

Instead of adding mayo,i add salad cream to add abit of zing! I like zing...

Mix it all up...and enjoy!

Now Scoot!

There is this saladi used to make of red cabbage, not sure how healthy it is since it requires instant noodles.

You get about a pack of instant noodles, put them in a strainer and run boiling hot water over them so they are still crisp. now cook some chicken breast with basic seasoning, salt, pepper, soy sauce and cut up in strips. in a bowl add the noodles, chicken strips, red cabbage, slivered almonds, sesame seeds, vinegar, salt/pepper and some olive oil. mix up and serve chilled.

Ad, its actually something that you can get to put on in sandwiches or any salads etc. Its a bit tangier than mayo - i am not a big fan of mayo at all. Salad cream is not cooking cream at all. You must be able to get in the supermarkets?

Femme that sounds good.
Actually that sounds very good.

If I find your recipe mouth watering straight after eating two plates of rice and koftay then it sure as hell is good cause I cannot think of any other food at the moment without feeling sick.
I'll give it a try.

Sunset, I'll look in the cream section. Does it have egg in it?

AQ waisay this Band Gobi is a made up word for Cabbage. The correct urdu word for Cabbage is Kalam Kala. Shukriya

Ab aap ja kar darya kay kinaray jaa kar halaak hoon yaa khudkushi karain yeah aap ki marzi
