here is Samosachat recpie for you(last time)  ..
Ingredients
samosas,
channa curry /salan
green chatni
onions
tomates
imli chatni
yougrt
chat masala
green chilies.
take a deep bowl n smash samosas
add onions ,tomatos ,green chilies
n now hot channa curry n chatnies /yougrt
with chat masalas n garnish with corrianed leaves .
yumyumyumyum

sandoo what is your recipe for the channa curry?
and do you layer everything on and leave it that way or do you mix it all together in the end?

Channa curry is easy..
make masla (with onions,tomatos,oil,red chili powder etc) n add boiled chanas n cook on medium heat ..add 1½ glas of water n cook em for 5min ...
yep I do mix everything in end...but don mix too much .
