Caramel Crunch
1. Digestive Biscuits 200 gms
2. Butter 100 gms+20 gms
3. Condensed Milk 1 tin
4. Fresh Cream 350 gms
5. Brown Sugar 25 gms
6. Bananas 3 large
7. Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Crush the biscuits and make crumbs, mix 100 gms of butter into the crumbs, layer the dish with the crumbs butter mixture, press firmly to make a nice base for the dessert.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until it sets nicely.
Take a heavy base pan, put on stove. Melt 20 gms of butter, add sugar; Keep stirring for awhile and add condensed milk. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on low heat, keep stirring.
Add half of the cream and cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from pan, let it cool for about 5 minutes
Take out the base from the fridge and then pour the caramel on it. Layer the caramel with banana slices and then put and spread the cream.
Just sprinkle some brown sugar on it for decoration purposes.
