What sorta chicken soup do you wanto make??

here is one way

boil the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic/ginger sauce, soya sauce

Strain the yakhni in a seperate pan

Remove the meat from the bones and shred into tiny pieces.

In the Yakhni add soya sauce, corn flour, a bit of chinese salt, some chilli sauce a bit more black pepper and boil till it thickens.

You can also add vegetables at this stage like carrots/corn/beans

Add the chicken

And if you want add an egg to the soup and let it cook in the soup.

If its for someone with a cold/fever then add a fair amount of black pepper.

It'll help drain the cold out
