Using Femmes kebab salan recipe
Mix the qeema with powder spices, garlic/ginger and Green masala
Knead the whole thing up and Yes spoil your new ring too while you are at it
Put the qeema in a plate with a hole in the center and in the hole place two chilkas of piyaaz
You have to be ultra prepared for this part or else it wont work so make sure you have the Oil to drizzle over the coal, a Lid to cover the qeema and a dishcloth to stop the smoke from escaping
Light up the coal
Phoonk on it if it is stubborn
Place the burning coal on the piyaaz chilkas and drizzle with oil
Cover it up quickly so the smoke doesnt escape
Now spoil your roza smelling the heavenly smoked scent
Start rolling the qeema up in kebabs
Be harrassed by the kid
Get the kid busy frying up the onions
Use the other one to roll up the kebabs
Get the kid to also fry the kebabs. Child Labor!!
While you wonder what happend to your blue fish
Make the gravy like Femmes with tomato paste and yogurt and then put the fried kebabs in
Happy Customers.
Yes Lala has its own plate and spoon and a spot on the table
I so didnt feel like cooking today
So dont mind if it looks colorless, tasteless and just Blah

Aliyish you are just jealous that no one has followed ur chickpea biryani recipe yet, oh wait you didn;t even have the courtesy to put up a recipe, oh wait again, maybe thats cos u used some shaan masaala so you can't really identify what you put in it
Well done Adre, it looks yummilicious Good job on making the kids useful, there is nothing like having assistants to do the dirty work!

Another thing you guys can do instead of frying an d making salan is pop the whole kabal mixture with the burning coal in the owen and you will get some good smoked meat loaf. (just glaze the top either with ketchup or a homemade sause before popping in). The other thing you can do is just roll into kababs, lay then in the try, keep the coal in the moddle of the try. Cover the try and pop it in oven. You will get some yumious kababs.
Anyway, back to the salan. LB it looks yumious.
May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen
