This is my own experimental recipe which worked.

Mix some salt, black pepper, some cooking oil, some yogurt and yellow mustard. Make a uniform paste. Take one lamb leg and make deep incision in the meet. Paste the mixture on the meat thoroughly and inside the incisions as well. Let it marinate for 2 - 3 hours.

Now pre-warm the oven. Put a tray in the oven and put some water in the tray. Take a smaller tray and put some oil in the try. Just a bit to cover the surface of the tray. Now put the lamb leg inside the smaller tray and put this tray inside the bigger tray which has water. Keep the oven at low temperature and let it roast for 1 - 2 hours checking the softness of the meat from time to time. Don't let the meat become hard. Once done, eat it like the cave men. Yummy.
