STONECOLD,
you mean finger fish. :>
yes.
you take strips of salmon or talapia.
roll them in bred crumbs or marinate in lemon marination.
shallow fry until light gloden brown.
lay the finger fish on a flat dish with salad leaves on it.
fry potato fries.
serve fish and chips with hot chilli sauce.
best,
Dushwari

Difference between God and humankind: God can say, 'be', and it becomes, but humankind has to act on what it says.

Fish finger sandwiches!!!!!!
Grill the fish fingers...then put 3 between 2 slices of fresh white bread, sprinkle with salt, add some tomato ketchup and then a cheese slice................and enjoy.................
alternative favourite of mine is to have fish fingers with baked beans and scrambled egg...with lots of brown sauce....

Oh GOD WAM - Meray moon may paani aah gaya - seriously i love fish finger sandwiches. I put guerkins in the sandwich with the fish fingers with no other salad. And i also love putting salad cream instead of butter/margarine in my sandwiches...

Make a batter out of 1/4th cup all purpose flour & 1/2 cup rice flour. Add 1 egg and enough water to make into batter. Add salt/pepper and even hot pepper if you like. Marinate fish fingers in lemon/cayenne pepper(basically anything u like). Dip fish into batter and deep fry. serve with french fries & tartar sauce. yummy

How about Fish Tacos? Fry the Fish fingers with some lemon, pepper...spices.
Have some shredded cabbage, carrots, salad on hand. Fill taco shells with fish, cabbage, carrots, salad and top with salsa...or buy some store bought hot sauce and serve
