How do you eat yourS?
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

Difference between God and humankind: God can say, 'be', and it becomes, but humankind has to act on what it says.

1.Sliced...salt pepper lemon juice for breakfast
2.Dice or thinly slice and add in salad for lunch. Other salad ingredients may include sweet corn, lightly steamed cauliflower and green beans and tomatoes, cucumbers. Dress with salt pepper olive oil and lemon juice
3.Blend with mango and youghurt and may add strawberries and bit sugar for tea-time snack
4.Blend with milk and sugar...till it gets a puddingy consistency...add chopped tangy apples and/or bananas and/or oranges...for a great dinner desert.
