I love mushrooms too...but fresh ones.

Mushroom on toast prob the quickest thing. Drain mushrooms well and chop them. Heat olive oil and dab of butter. Quick fry the mushrooms on fairly high heat for few mins. Dont let them wilt or they become watery. Add salt pepper herbs and serve on toast. You can add fried or grilled tomatoes on the side. Nice hearty breafast.

Saute the mushrooms same way as aly-sam described, but add them to pasta, or as a topping to any sandwich, put it on a salad.
Add cheese and make a sandwich.

mushrooms are really good for you....

you can add to any pasta, a salad, a sandwhich, add it to scrambled eggs or an omlete or just eat it by itself.

OK..me again

ALternative to sautee the mushrooms...

Wash them and leave them whole only trim stalk if need be. Mix olive oil, salt pepper herbs and paprika and optional touch of garlic. Coat mushrooms with this mixture and place under hot grill. Cook each side 3-5 mins.

Great accompaniment to eggs.
