here's my Papri chaat recipe:

Papri -either buy ready made from desi shop or make it using maida, baking powder, salt, cumin seeds knead it well with water, flatten out, cut in small circles and deep fry until golden

1 can of Chickpeas
1 potato boiled and cut in small cubes
1 tomato chopped
1 small Onion chopped
green chillies according to your taste
Tamarind chutney - use ready made or make your own by boiling imili in some water, add sugar, heeng, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder n garam masala
Mint chutney to taste
1 cup Yogurt
Chaat masala to taste
Red chilli powder optional
Salt

Method:
Mix all the ingredients. Please don't add papri until the time you serve the chaat otherwise it will lose its crispness.

it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.
