I have one bottle of milk, Rise, Suger, Alaichi and stove. I think if i mix them in equal proportion and cook, than i can end up having some yummy yummy kheer.
So plz any one can tell me how to do that. It will be a great help. Thanks in advance.

lol you don't mix them in equal propotions. So for 3-4 cups of milk, you'll need slightly more then 1/4 cup rice. Add sugar to taste at the end when kheer is of the consistancy you want. Don't scrap too much from the bottom as it might spoil your kheer but keep starring. When you are done eating, get ready to manjafy the pan...lol..
Lets hope someone else can give you an extact ratio of rice to milk.
May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen

Best recipe for kheer:
1/2 gallon Half & Half (if you use Whole Milk then it will not be as creamy but proportions are same)
1/2 cup of Long grain rice cleaned and washed
1 teaspoon choti Illachi ground or seeds
1 table spoon Rooh Kewra
1 cup slivered Almonds
1/2 cup crushed pistachios
2 cups sugar............can add more if you like it sweeter
Boil Half & Half in flat and thick bottom Stainless Steel pot,
add 1/2 cup rice and Illachi after Milk is boiling lower heat so it does not overflow and need constant stiring with flat bottom square spatula through out the time the rice is boiling on medium heat about half hour more or less ...............Milk will start to thicken and rice will be visible on the surface............add sugar and almonds and Kewra.
It will become slightly more fluid due to the addition of sugar so you need to keep it on Medium heat and keep stirring.
Stop heat when it is thick enough.
Remember if you quit stirring the Milk will burn on the bottom and spoil the whole thing and ..............will smell and taste awful.
After it has cooled off add the ground or chopped pistachios on top.
Good Luck.............
