Hey guys...
was just wondering if anyone has ever tried using whole wheat flour (Atta) instead of plain flour for samosa pastry. If so how did it turn out?...we dont make roti at home too much so i was thinking maybe i could use the atta we have left for making samosa's with instead. Do you think they would turn out ok?

My mum makes samosas from whole wheat flour and they turn out amazing. The colour is light brown - taste is nice as well - well that depends on the spiciness off your filling!
Now Scoot!

You can lightly oil samosas and bake as well.

It seems the poster isn't so much trying to make healthy samosas, as she is trying to make use of extra whole wheat flour. I like the ida, please let me know how it turns out. Hmm.
